  • ~Ripples~ Inn at the Harbor is a small business and last minute cancellations greatly effect us.
  • A deposit of one days rental is required to confirm reservations. Deposit will be credited to last day of reservation. Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival dates are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All other cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Refunds are not given for inclement weather.
  • All rates are double occupancy and include full breakfast

    Guests will be charged in advance a one-day NONREFUNDABLE deposit upon making a reservation for the festivals (2 day minimum). This applies to the Blues Festival in July, the Lobster Festival in August as well as the Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors Show in August. IF cancellation is necessary, please do this prior to fourteen days - only one day deposit is refundable and then will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
